Intersynq was founded in 2009 by two associates experienced in the IT industry, with the mission to provide exclusively high quality web development and design services to a selective clientele, as well as to run various web ventures. The two associates behind Intersynq have opened and are currently running other successful IT companies over the past 8 years.

We're selective of our clientele and the projects that we're developing. We enjoy working on exciting projects and projects that we know will be fruitful to our clients and that will benefit the Internet. Looking back at the hundreds of websites our team members have completed, we have learned that it is extremely beneficial for the client as well as the service provider to share a common level of excitement towards the project.

We encourage our people to constantly innovate and we go beyond rewarding our team with mere financial bonuses, but also with the satisfaction of having offered an extraordinary service or built an admirable product. Furthermore, at times we establish percentage-based incentives for profit sharing with our team.

The Timing

There's no denying it, most software development companies are suffering from an incapability of delivering the product on time and often they even have trouble following the original specifications. Intersynq has a strict policy against over-promising and under-delivering. We would rather please our clients by delivering on or before the schedule and often a better product than what they have imagined. If any delays are foreseen as a result of revised specifications, we will always inform our client and set up a new agreement, in order to avoid any later inconvenience or misunderstanding.
